What are Peanut Butter-Chocolate Truffles?
Similar to buckeye candies, our peanut butter-chocolate truffles uses Pillsbury™ peanut butter refrigerated cookie dough rather than having to make peanut butter candy. The cookie balls are dipped into melted chocolate chips, making them a cross between a cookie and a candy!
How Can I Dress Up My Chocolate-covered Peanut Butter Truffles?
As you dip each cookie ball in chocolate, you can immediately sprinkle it with finely chopped nuts, chopped candy bar pieces or toffee bits, for a bit of crunch.

If you cannot, add a few more seconds at a time, stirring between each addition. If it was over heated, it may be too thick.
